Employees always seem to be away from the till constantly. The coffee urns are empty at five am. I've frequently had rude service and a couple times I've even got stale donuts.

Went in to enquire about a cell phone.. Was told by both people working there that they couldn't give me any information and wouldn't even bring the box that the phone was in to the toll for me to see (they are kept behind the till) after my boyfriend asked the male staff member not to yell at me, he said these exact words "I am not your slave" we were so shocked we just left. Because we live close to this 7 Eleven, my boyfriend has been in there once since and received bad service. The woman who served him, who was also there for the "slave incident, speaks little to no English and cannot do anything more than ring products in and work the till. If you want smokes, she will point to every pack until yours comes up.
