We popped into the lemongrass cafe before an appointment. Service was fast an efficient. We ordered salad rolls to start. They were small, but tasty enough. I ordered the house special pho #16. It wasn't very adventurous (beef and beef balls) and the portion was relatively small. It was good though. If you don't want your pho full of the chewy gristly bits, this is a safe bet. My fiance got a vermicelli bowl and loved it!

Food was ready quickly, was reasonably priced, and delicious. Service was good, water was constantly topped up. Clean restaurant, mostly business lunch crowd. Interior a bit dated but reasonably well maintained.
