Asked workers for buffalo chicken taquitos one day gave me the wrong ones then went again today and gave me jalapeno instead of buffalo chicken again. the worker who served me was rude and seemed to be in a rush when no one was there. & instead of handing me my food/money back the threw it aggressively.

The Asian lady at the till would refuse to check my lottery tickets the machine in the back is broken and she refuses to check my lottery tickets so thanks a lot and I won't buy my lottery tickets at the store anymore

Bought a prepaid Visa card. Card was incorrectly activated. Staff would not refund our money or fix the problem. Blame was passed around. Karen, the district manager called and offered to replace the card at no charge and went above and beyond to ensure the situation was right. Sometimes mistakes happen. Good on you guys for correcting it. Will be back for sure.
