  Have never received good service here (except for the one extremely kind bald guy who Always seems to have to run around and pick up everyone else's slack) We always order a banana split and are always told "were out of bananas" the last 5 times!! Maybe take it off your menu if you refuse to buy bananas? We are always seated then often waiting 20 mins for a server to come by even when we're the only ones in the restaurant!!! Sucks their service is so poor since when they do have bananas, their desserts are good!

  First it took an hour for them to seat us. Then they cram 9 of us into a booth. Then we were told it would be a short wait for our food. The food ended up taking almost an hour and a half and when it came it was cold. 2.5 hour wait for barely warm food. And then theres the fact there are multiple empty tables but yet a huge line out the door. DO NOT GO HERE.

  DON'T GO HERE!!! We were told it would be a half hour wait which turned into an hour. A hostess told us around the half hour mark our table was ALMOST ready... complete lie. A table of 4, we watched other tables of 4 walk in with no reservation and get a table, also there were MANY tables open around the restaurant. That's actually what lured us in, it looked half empty. Little did we know the servers were using the tables as dumping stations for their dirty plates and glasses. Just an FYI for the servers, if you don't cover tables in garbage and dirty plates... people can sit there. Another half hour after we were seated, we got water and drinks- SCORE! An hour after being seated our food arrived at the table, two steaks and seafood linguine and a salad. All nice and cold. The manager went around and talked to her friends, oddly enough not talking to us regular customers.

  Went in the other day for the first time. Service was fast and friendly. The strawberry delight cheesecake was amazing but I found a small piece of plastic in it. I brought it to the servers attention and within two minutes the manager was at the table apologizing. It was no big deal to me, as sometimes stuff like this happens. She insisted that I was going not pay for it. She took it of the bill. Very good experience, will definitely be back.
