  Usually I have 0 problems with this place. Today I placed an order for delivery chicken wrap no tomatoes. I live right across the road but due to having a sleeping baby I was not able to pick up so I opted for delivery. I placed my order at 745pm by 9 my order still did not arrive. I called and asked where it was the lady said oh we forgot to write down your phone number and apartment and where just waiting for you to call us back. My food finally arrived at 945. Yes 2 hours for a wrap to be made and delivered across the road. When the delivery guy came he handed me a Pepsi for the wait (no one in this house drinks Pepsi you would think they would of asked beforehand) I get it and there is tomatoes and the food is cold and fries are soggy. I called to ask for them to rectify the problem to witch the lady said I was wrong and did not give them my number or apartment and she is good at her job. Horrible Customer service at that end I have a tomatoe allergy and for my whole life asking for no tomatoe is like brushing my teeth it becomes habit. This place has lost me comming in for oilers games and ordering food. Like the saying goes you do a good job customer tells no one you do a bad job they tell every one. I am very disappointed becusse I actually did enjoy my previous orders but this just lost it for me.
