  This isn't what you would call a campers haven, great if you're working in the area. Most of the RVs here are not here for the view. The proprietor is an older man, a bit of a grump (and hoarder), and his health is not the greatest, but once you get to know him he's ok (we take him with a grain of salt). This is our 3rd season here and he has cleaned it up a lot. Water is good, lots are all gravel, but level, with little or no grass. Lots of shade trees, though. The place is a little dated but works for us. He's not much for talking on the phone so don't expect a friendly conversation when you call, haha! Each lot has a small storage shed (which you may have to clean out before putting your things in it). Price is comparable with other campgrounds. It's fairly quiet here, considering it's in an industrial park. Quite private for the area, fence all around. A bit of noise from the Yellowhead traffic but nothing too noticeable. Rarely are there children here. Very close to Sherwood Park - Walmart, Wine & Beyond, PetroCan, A&W, new Leisure Center on Emerald Dr. If you're looking for a "nice place", this is not the place you want to come to. If you're here to work, or just looking for a place to set up for a night or 2, it's great! Pet friendly, too! POI - the Clover Bar graveyard just up the service road....some very old, and interesting headstones in there. Makes a nice walk for the dogs with very little traffic.
