  Hair on food: Went to breakfast yesterday and got the grand slam meal. I got pancakes on one plate and on the other plate were toast, eggs, and hash browns. I ate my pancakes which were good but then as I go to tuck into to my eggs I find a HAIR. No big deal. I understand human error and that sometimes these things happen. I decided to calmly inform the waitress and as I expect she replaced the plate and apologized. Only problem was she scraped around the hair and only replaced the side with the hair on it. Now that is disgusting. I had picked up the hair originally from my eggs and just placed it back on the plate on a section with the hash browns. Anyways lost my appetite and went on my way. The only thing i had ended up eating was the hash browns off the plate because they were actually replaced. Let me reiterate...i have no problem finding a hair on my plate...its gross but sometimes these things happen. I DO HAVE A PROBLEM WITH only replacing a section of my plate. NOW THAT DISGUSTING.

  Typical Dennys. Lots of people but today we had the most impolite waitress I have ever had there. I was impressed though by the fact that since I'm on a walker they were very quick to open the door for me.

  Personally I have always had decent service here. Wait times are not too bad.

  Everytime I come, this location is super busy and understaffed. I feel bad for the waitresses working. Food is basic food for a Denny's location. Plus side is the food comes very fast.

  Food was excellent! However I have never witnessed such horrific service and a manager with a terrible attitude. Had to get my own utensils from another table including more utensil sets from other tables just to have extra napkins. Water was never refilled and so I had to wave down the manager to get service at our table. The manager came back with 1 glass of water when 3 of ours were empty. A friend arrived late and ordered dessert, what a surprise when he didn't get utensils. Bills mixed up half a dozen times before we were out. Awful!!!
