  Overall good experience. The Furniture: There is some good quality furniture here and a huge selection. Ability to customize fabric, color, and size of many pieces. I find it slightly expensive but at the end of the day it seems to be good quality. The Sales Experience: They were nice and very responsive via email and phone. I found that they were kind of lying to me though on my bed. Originally when I expressed interest they indicated they did not have any in stock that I had to order by the end of the week or I would miss the next shipment and the next delivery for the bed would be 5-7 months. I ended up not placing an order originally and came back a few weeks later AFTER this so called last order was placed. Big surprise....they still had none in stock and when I ordered the bed it ended up coming in 4 weeks or so. I guess this is just a sales tactic to create some urgency... The Delivery: Overall the delivery experience was really good and the delivery guys were quick to set up, as well as careful not to mark walls, hardwood, etc. The delivery guys broke one of the plastic elevator ceiling tiles while putting something in the elevator. They definitely made up for it my there set up and care of my place. I didn't have felt pads so they kind of made their own out of the packaging material until I could go buy some. There was no mess left behind.

  We ordered a sectional and we were told 4-6 months delivery. We had to call the store 6 months and 3 days later to see status on arrival of sectional. Conveniently our sales associate doesn't work there anymore and our order had a "mix up at the factory". It will take additional 4 months to recieve our sectional. In my opinion a mix up causes a 1 month delay, not 4 months. That sounds like nothing was ever ordered and F2 can't admit fault, and to top it off they will "see what they can do on delivery charges and protection plan" which is about $400. Now I see our sectional on sale for major savings and we are locked in with this miss managed business. This will be the last time we will deal with F2. Here's a hot tip, take your money somewhere else.

  Sales and Delivery went pretty smoothly, pretty disappointed in how I was treated with a small compliant I made last week. We bought a Marble table for our breakfast nook in September, we told the sales person we wanted something that wouldn't ware easily, hence why we went with marble. I've come to learn that marble does ware over time with what's called etching. This is caused by acidic fluid's like lemon or tomato juice being left on the surface to long. Okay fine. Wasn't told that upfront but I can live with it. What I was disappointed in was how I was treated when I brought in pictures of my marble table top that is completely covered in what looks like permanent water marking's (etching). When I showed the sales lady she didn't seem to know much about it. She went out back and returned quickly as she had be told to brush me off and tell me it is natural for marble to etch without this person even coming to see how severe the problem is. I insisted in speaking with whoever she had been talking to, that's when I was introduced to possibly a manger, although he did not look like a manager, he looked like a truck driver. After showing him the severity of the etching he provided little to no help and told me it was basically my fault for using water to clean the surface. I was told the manufacturer would not do anything for me and now feel as if I have made a poor choice on who to give my business too. I won't be spending any more money at this overpriced furniture store.

  Purchased a dining room table and chairs for my daughter on February 16. They said it would take 4 - 6 weeks to order in. It is now May 13th, 12 weeks later still no table and chairs, my daughter Had her heart set on them. Called F2 and they said it would not be in till the middle of June. I'm pissed because my daughter has gone without a dining room set for so long. There was no attempt by the company to make it right and I asked for my money back. Not a good experience. Will not go back.

  Extremely good quality and great design furniture. Quality comes with higher prices - this is for upscale homes. Delivery services will cost you but you won't regret it - they will be on time and will deliver it right where you want it, no hustle.
