  Every year my boyfriend and I visit Famoso West Ed and this year was the best time so far! We popped in for lunch and we're greeted with smiles from the very beginning. Service was friendly, food arrived very shortly after ordering, and we even had a little chat with the manager (or owner?) about how much we loved it there! 100% will continue to go back during our visits!!

  You cannot complain about the service - There was none ! Not sure what to say. The food was good but the service was awful. Really quite poor and not at all what we expected. It took over 1 hour to get our food once ordered, another 30 minutes to get desert and 20 more minutes to receive our bill. We are not demanding when it comes to service, expect just the normal pleasantries, however that was a challenge at this location. It appears this is not at all the staff, and more of a Management issue at this location.

  Management is excellent at this location. I was late picking up our two pizzas, no ones fault but my own. The owner/manager asked me if I was from out of town and I said yes from Calgary. He kindly said these pizzas are on the house. Even when I tried to pay he didn't accept payment. That is above and beyond service plus the pizza were great. Thank you!
