  Great place to grab lunch. I Love their sunflower seed bread (they bake it in house). Soups are yummy there are a variety of salads available and the pies are delicious. It gets busy at lunch though.

  The ingredients for everything made in & for purchase in this shop are the "freshest" anywhere. I mean absolutely ANYWHERE. The bread used to make your custom designed lunch experience, simply melts in your mouth. The chicken in the chicken salad is cooked fresh and made daily. A blend of dark n light meat topped off with your choice of vegetables. Some sandwich shops claim they're fresh but they just haven't made it here. Lol. They sell soups, quiches and a stellar collection of pies made fresh and bursting with flavour. This quaint little chain of local shops has a mom n pop feel with a country fresh appeal. Absolutely I will recommend this dinner to all my friends and family.

  Amazing!!!! The service was impeccable and the ingredients were the freshest I have ever had in a sandwich shop !
