  Very tasty sushi! I find the fish quality varies quite a bit though, especially the tuna. The price is great for what you get and the staff are always friendly and helpful

  Just because they're in Downtown they charge more than the one in Whyte Ave. Do yourself a favour and just go drive an extra 5-10 mins down 109 Street and go to the other location. The serving size was the same, but what was unexpected was the quality. Although you are paying 3-5 dollars more for your food, the food in the Whyte Ave location actually is served and made with better quality. The chicken in the downtown location didn't look like it was cooked enough, the crust was still pale from the breading and was stale. My tuna sushi was a little dry (which probably meant it was sitting there for a while), the sprouts were a little on the raw side still and man, those waitresses loud and chatty. They kept yelling at/talking to each other from across the dining hall! Again, just go to the Whyte Ave location -- it's much better and cheaper there.

  Dishes are quite expensive but taste good. They provide various Sakes at fairly reasonable prices however. Good for a desert or afternoon tea, not recommended for dining.

  Kyoto is always a great go-to for sushi. I like to go for my birthday dinner and always order the grilled squid with the excellent sesame sauce. mmmmm The servers are ALWAYS curteous, smiling, prompt, thorough and great with keeping the tables cleared after a plate is finished. Prices are exceptionally reasonable for such fresh food. :)
