  Very rude and dishonest staff.... paid for items and forgot one bag behind. Called in twice but was given the run around. No one called back. So I visited the store ... lady went in the back and cane back to tell me I leave the store with all the bags. When I asked her if I could see . She said no. And was very loud and unprofessional in front of customers. . I think they resell the items. My last time shopping here.

  This is such a high traffic location that it is often a bit grimy. However, they carry tons of interesting items with new options fairly regularly. Mostly focused on the Oriental market, but all of the staples are available. Often my choice of place for bulk tea, rice, snacks of all sorts, premade items for the steamer, and fruits and veggies.

  Hit and miss. We have had some terrible customer service when it comes to returns. We busted them for a bait and switch in their advertising. Some other people are very helpful. Some good deals to be had there if they have them in stock.
