  Ice cream is good my kids love it isn't appreciat the man who was working there whispering to the other staff on my height unprofessional customer service from the young man working there around 8pm Thursday night

  We ordered a birthday cake for our son on Friday. We paid extra 16 dollars to put a picture on the top of the cake and side of the cake. We also asked strawberries to be put on cake. When we went to pick up the cake they had not put the picture on side of the cake nor strawberries . The staff said they would refund me the 8 dollars that they missed on the side of the cake which was the most important part of ordering the cake. They tried to fix the cake with the picture it took them about 45 minutes. When they gave back the cake to me all the icing was melting and no Strawberry's on it. I was very disappointed as it was my son's 30 th Birthday.

  Went to the Marble Slab at South Edmonton Common today. Bought 3 large ice cream in regular waffle bowls. The ice cream was delicious as always but 2 of the waffle bowls were completely stale. They were chewy like cardboard, no crispness and tasted old. We had to throw out the bowls. What a waste. We picked up the ice cream and brought it back to our hotel so I wasn't going all the way back to complain about the 2 bowls. So disappointing.
