  A small Mary Browns, never had a problem with food but service could be improved. Overall it was a good experience.

  Please fully train all of your your employees. I tried to claim a birthday coupon and NOT A SINGLE ONE of the employees knew how to redeem it. Unfortunately for me, there seemed to be a manager's meeting at that branch at that time. They were important-looking people who were holding clipboards and talking to each other. The employees were too afraid to interrupt the managers so I had to wait. I stepped aside and as many as 10 other customers were served before me. At some point in time I was getting really irate and I wasn't sure if I should just leave or wait some more. I ended up waiting for 20 minutes which is too long for any customer. I still got my birthday Big Mary for free and it was delicious. If only the service here was better.

  Extra friendly staff, and good quality fried chicken. Could be a little faster, but there's nothing wrong with fresh.
