  Terrible experience (for the second time) dealing with Masala wok for a business party. They will take a special order to deliver at a particular time but wont commit to the timely delivery. They will offer you a discount and then say "Oh, we are sorry, we thought you are Mr. X and we didnt intend to give you the discount". Their staff is careless, disrespectful and do not respond back. Trying to cheat onto customers. Please do not do catering from this place. There are better and friendlier restaurants in Edmonton.

  Nice food and ambiance but service is very poor. Food serves first and then you have to request at least two to three times for plates. Nobody listen

  Outdated online menu, overly priced food and unpleasant staff. Complained but no one cares.

  Have eaten here three times now and have never been disappointed. Prices are very average, or even low in some cases for the city. Everything I have had tried tasted amazing. If you need something, ask for it. Otherwise they will not bother you... I think its a cultural thing.
