  Arrived on a busy Saturday from out of town. Raelle was exceptional- assisted in extra information on certain products and helped put together some wonderful healthy choices for our grandchildren...all with a cheerful attitude. This Optimum store has always been good but lately it seems great - product choices are stunning and no question is left unanswered. A great follow up to the internet docs we all read.

  Went in on sale Tuesday to get shampoo and conditioner. Grabbed the wrong bottle. Went to exchange on a Wednesday and they charged me because it was not on a sale day. That's like buying the wrong size shirt on sale and going to exchange and then charging you. Never has this happened to me before. Their prices are so high. Only good thing is they have stuff others don't offer (but London drugs is catching up) and they have sale days(still their prices are too high) the location on 109St is much better they would NEVER charge me for an exchange and they actually care about your business. I like Good and think he is knowledgable but will no longer returning to this location. He was standing right there when this happened and it really ruined the store for me.

  I've shopped everywhere in the city for the best deal. When they have there sale day on the first Tuesday of the month they have the best prices. So good in fact I drive 30 minutes one way to get there
