  Always love OJs. Great price for how much food you get. House beers are all tasty and the service is always tip-top. I like the new A.C.E Burger and the street dog but really miss some of the old items like the chicken ceaser wrap. Its been forever since I was up in Edmonton but I go here pretty much every time.

  Food is consistently good, good service 4 stars because they don't have corn bread and state and main does and they are owned by the same company. Acquire corn bread = 5 stars.

  I had an incredibly odd and poor experience here a few weeks ago; first thing that happened is the server spilled water all over our table, apologized, but neglected to clean it up at all! We were perplexed and ended up borrowing napkins to clean it up on our own. Secondly, he brought us the wrong food three times! He brought her the wrong side, and me butter chicken when I had ordered the noodle bowl. I told him it was a mistake, and he proceeds to argue with us. I do not even like butter chicken, I definitely did not order that. He says he will go ring in the noodle bowl. Twenty minutes later, he brings out the teriyaki bowl! Our minds were blown. I told him again it was wrong, but by this point my friend is almost done eating so I tell him it's fine and I will eat it anyway. It was incredibly gross, I ate less than a quarter. He does not seem at all apologetic, and charged me the full amount for the teriyaki bowl when it a) was not even what I ordered and b) I did not even eat it. Incredibly disappointed in the level of customer service and will not be going back here ever.

  I like OJs - as a vegetarian, their meat substitutions makes dining easy and their food is delicious. Unfortunately when we visited the service was very slow (they appeared to be understaffed/disorganized) and a couple of our orders were incorrect (eg, tomatoes not ommitted on my boyfriend's wrap as requested). Overall not a bad experience and I'm sure I'll be back, but not consistent with other great OJs experiences I have had.
