  It's a large pub chain so, as with all of the Original Joes, the service here is fine, the food is serviceable, and the staff is attentive. Even though the menu is relatively uninspired, there are a few dishes that delight. I never thought I would go to a restaurant specifically to eat Brussels sprouts, for instance, but OJ's does them well — roasted and topped with a wonderfully flavourful aioli and sprinkled with crispy bacon. The establishment is clean. Sometimes, however, the bar staff are less than attentive in when they make cocktails. Beware the watered-down drink, but bonus points for a lovely patio.

  Food wasn't very good. Nachos cheese was cold and not melted/baked. It was wet and gross. Wrap was good but fries were cold and could tell they were old just by looking at them. Waitress brought me new fries 5 minutes after I was done eating. First time at downtown location and will not return. St Albert location has great food.
