  Aweful Service for front end ordering or pick up. Manager wouldn't honor a deal clearly advertised online specif to this location. Random people who were not delivery drivers going in and out of the kitchen. Seemed very shady. I will not order from here anymore and hope that they do not fill my order since it was made incorrectly. I should have know since I was witnessing the screwup the cook crew was making the day I sat and waited.

  Both pickup and delivery have been quick and easy. Food is great. Staff is always friendly.

  I'm rating it a 3 because it's either perfect, hot, and fast, or it's slow, cold, and the wrong order. There's no middle at this pizza hut. It's either right or it's wrong but never consistent. We've had an equal number of good/bad experiences.

  If I could give zero stars I would.... terrible location! Lived in Edmonton two month and have ordered here 9 times, ever time they had messed up at least one of the items ordered, if not all of them. Called and asked them to bring my correct order... every time, this last time they would not bring me my correct order and the manager said it's because "we complain too much". Well if you would get the order correct in the first place there would be no reason to complain! Idiots.
