- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Best service hands down. We had an issue with our mozza sticks being too spicy for the kids and the servers and manager handled it SUPERBLY. I have never felt so taken care of at a restaurant. Patience, care and a lot of extremely yummy food. Will come back- very impressed.By Coryn Loewen, June 22, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Red Robin provided a disgusting experience. From the moment we walked in and were looked up and down when we asked to be seated in a booth rather than at a high table, to the 3 different waitresses bringing a sprite, water, and a Raspberry drink each looking more scowly than the last. Then we started with the artichoke dip, a favorite of ours that we had yet to go to a decent restaurant and not enjoy, but it was barely heated here, the taco chips were more like salt that had been deep fried, and worst was we found random grits of food from what ever was in the deep fryer before, sitting underneath the chips plated next to our lovely celery that looked worse than the grits! Very gross. Then on to the Whiskey Chicken wrap that is brought out with a cut up orange randomly, the chicken strips inside tasted like a subway special. The strips were colder than the lettuce in the wrap and looked pretty funky, so I didn't want to risk under cooked chicken and said to hell with it. There was also two burgers ordered with soggy buns of which we were told has been frequent over the past week as their bread source apparently wasn't up to standard... begging the question of why we weren't informed of this before the meal. Our bottomless drinks were only offered a refill upon once and our attempts at getting utensils was just as futile as the waitress apparently was deaf on one side. Overall I don't really go out of my way to write a review but this was one of the worst meals and experiences I have had. Avoid Red Robin in the west end of Edmonton if you can as they don't seem to be holding to high standards.By SA25, November 10, 2016
- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★This is my favorite Red Robin in Edmonton. It has good parking and plenty of seating. Even on busy nights you won't wait long. And, as with any Red Robin, the menu is diverse and the food is tasty.By Melinda Robbins, July 25, 2016
