  It's been very bad lately here. I went to visit two days ago and waited over a minute at the door with no one there as they had one waiter and no host and so we took our money elsewhere. This was our second trip(the other to use the gift card head office gave us) since having a heated disagreement with management because a different location(118th ave &101 st/visit there much better service) had given us free refills on a wing special so we weren't aware it was a courtesy when our server charged us a drink(pop) for every order of wings we had then got mad at us because she asked if we were aware of the promotion and we thought it was the same everywhere, then the manager yelled at us so we paid our bill and head office was nice about the situation. I will still go to Smitty's but I will never step foot in Manning despite the convenient location.

  I give up on this place..always slow service, may be under staffed. Always something wrong with the order. Obviously cleanliness is not a huge priority here. Poorly managed. I rarely leave bad reviews, however, only being discounted for finding a hair in my food and the food being served on dirty plate, it deserves this review. Management needs to pull up their socks. Their only advantage is being located in a common area.

  We have gone to the Smitty's on Manning three or four times this last month. Never waited to be seated, friendly staff, vegetables cooked to perfection, meal came so hot, we had to wait a bit before starting. The serving portions are great. We have done both breakfast, and dinner menu's. The specials are awesome.
