I love this Starbucks location. Not only is it located inside a Chapters, service is always great and there are a lot of tables/chairs available. Although, timing is everything. It can get crowded and finding a table can be hard at some points, but in general I've never had any significant problems. My only negative piece of feedback is the lack of plugs for laptops -- but I have that as a complaint in most businesses.

Let's be honest. There's a lot of Starbucks in Edmonton. Many are staffed by wonderful human beings. Sadly, this is not one of them. Tremendously rude staff who prefer to ignore customers to discuss each other's social lives. Buy your overpriced drink somewhere else. Don't pay these clowns.
