  awesome experience.. people have unrealistic expectations of starbucks when it comes to inventoryETC!!.. but I understand that they are a corporate entity and are restricted.. I enjoyed the time int he store.. the barista joked and laughed with me.. maybe people on here should take into account more when judging the store

  This starbucks used to be very busy and hard to find a seat. But its recent renovation makes its space much more useful and its much easier to find a seat now.

  I often visit this store (it is really close to where I live) and I was very satisfied with the service they provided. However, I went here this afternoon. I told that I want to save the points using my app before I made a payment with my mastercard. The korean lady who worked there said I can pay now so I payed for my order using tap but I was little confused because she didn`t ask me to scan the barcode to save the points before I pay. So I told her I want to save the points, again, and she said I can`t save the points unless I reload my card and pay with the app. (I`ve been paying like this so many times and I know they can save the points for me whatever I pay with.) So, I said that and she asked me if I`m korean (I am Korean) and she started to speak in Korean and said, she`s been working at starbucks for 3 YEARS now and she can`t be wrong. I understand people make mistakes or miscommunicate sometimes but her attitude was very rude and I tried to tell her I`ve been paying like this and saved my points so many times before, she was just shaking her head and said you can`t pay in that way. I think she accidentally finished the transaction before she saved the points for me but I really dont understand why she insisted she is right. I`ve worked at other cafe so I really don`t like to mess up with people working there and I know they are trying to provide a good service for customer. However, I was VERY unhappy and not satisfied with her service.
