Would give 0 stars If that was an option. Rating is based totally on customer service. Went today with two of my children. Before we even finished ordering they moved on to the next customer and we're making their order. Only 2 out of the 3 ppl In our party were given time to order. I won't ever go back here.

Like most subway locations. Gold selection of fresh bread and toppings, great sandwiches overall.

I go to this subway a lot, I understand it gets busy. I had a coupon for a free 6 inch with a purchase of one of an equal or lesser value and the lady charged me full price plus took my coupon even though I asked her again if the coupon was already redeemed. She also took the coupon away as well and threw my receipt. Gonna keep coming here because its the only subway in wem but it's the last resort
