U know what, my English is not very well. When I order, the woman is not nice to me. I was asked question for her, like which one is better. I feel she is really impolite. I'm so angry to her.

they never get the orders right. I order a Triple, Triple earl grey tea...and even say, every single time, to STIR IT WITH A SPOON. not that I should have to even say that come on it has 3 sugar in it for god sake. what's the point of adding sugar if it sits at the bottom of the cup. They even forgot 2 of my little guys timbits one time. the one guy in drive thru never even speaks so I don't know why he's in drive thru. they don't tell you the amount owing until you are at the window and with the new price increase how was I suppose to know. Bad service. Incompetent staff and the owners are even standing right there in drive thru and it's still wrong.
