  Tim Hortons customer service is bad. And this location is worse. Staff is very rude and they always make ur order wrong. Tim Hortons should teach some customer service to their employees. I'm not going to Tim Hortons again.

  I actually give this Tim Hortons ZERO stars!! It's unfortunate because it is so close to my house but the service and staff are terrible!! The drive through is always super slow and over half the times you finally make it through, your order is completely wrong. I just arrived to work this morning and realised my entire order is not what i asked for once again. I'm finally fed up enough that I called to talk to the manager and the staff is somehow mad at me?! as if i have done something wrong by being upset that they screwed up my entire order once again. I will not waste my time stopping at this location again. I rather drive five mins down the street to where the staff actually understands the difference between bacon and sausage.

  I love Tim Hortons and just like many Canadians I spend quite a bit of money there. It's unfortunate that customer service has dropped so badly that the workers can't even smile anymore or be friendly to the customers... Don't work in customer service if you aren't going to do it properly. It makes me drive out of my way to go to a different Tims which is only slightly better. But in -30 I'd prefer you don't hold my hot coffee out of the drive through window to get cold which I maneuver my vehicle up to the window in the snow. Thanks I'd love to pay for a colder coffee than I should have received!
