  Good place to stop good service

  Probably the slowest service I've ever experienced. Very unorganized and they lady on the mic is not the brightest crayon in the box. She took my order, after waiting for nearly 2 minutes, I had to correct her twice, and she said $5.66, I get to the window and she doesn't know what order is mine and poorly reads it off the screen; I acknowledge. I hand her $5.65 and she hands me the Coffee and Tea and then proceeds to ask for an additional $1. I told her the price she said at the window and it went right over her head and she smugly replied "it's $6.50". Given that I and everyone behind me has been waiting in line for over 5 minutes at this point; I gave her the extra $1 and took my bagel and left. Disappointing. I'd say I'll never go here again but it's directly in line from my house to the office in the morning. Guess I'll resort to taking a pic of the screen before rolling up. If management had any sense they'd restructure the entire place and get people in there that know what they're doing.

  I don't know what they do differently when toasting bagels but its gross. Its all soft in the middle and crunchy right on the outside. I can thank them for the fact that I certainly eat a lot less bagels because they're gross but its also inconvenient to drive far out of my way for a coffee and breakfast. Service isn't very fast either. I'd rather go across the street to Donnas and pay triple the price for a decent bagel
