  Terrible experience. Ordered the chicken bento with rolls. Chicken seemed old , tempura was disgusting like it was sitting there for hours. No good.

  Only have one star so I could rate this location. I've never been more disgusted by customer service before in my life. All they did was talk to each other while we were trying to order as well as when we asked questions the employees wouldn't shut up. They didn't call our number for our food so it sat at the counter for at least five minutes before the one woman peeked around the corner and said "it's been ready" rather rudely. The food was disgusting. Seven eleven has better California rolls than this s**t hole!

  Not gourmet Japanese food by any means, but good quality fast food Japanese. Good selection of maki rolls, some sushi/sashimi, and various other Asian side dishes. Some issues with orders occasionally due to misunderstanding, not all staff are completely fluent in English. But very nice and helpful.
