  The whole booking process was horrible. Stayed twice and both times they screwed it up(looking back on it the people in front of me my first time also had similar issues where they were scrambling for payment because the hotel "could not find it". Booked rooms for someone to see a dying friend and they lost my payment and made the grieving pay. So that was a fun surprise for them to get and rather then call the number that had booked the room they told my guests nothing could be done(this was not true at all). On the other occasion they closed out my account, then came up to my room asking for more money because they had not added omethibg on. What a disaster. The hotel is fine. But what an absolute disaster of these booking were and how poorly they were handled by the staff.

  Stayed in a heritage room which was quit lux. The breakfast menu which was included in the price of the room was vast and all the food was well prepared. The gym is open 24 hours a day which is useful for people who run at odd hours. The rooms have individual thermostats. Overall the rooms were clean and the showers had good water pressure and got quite hot. Each room has an iron and a board.would highly recommend staying here.

  The hotel was very nice. A very pleasant place to stay. Was a little disappointed with the lack of communication by Hotel staff. We were not informed that there was a cost to park until we checked out. We were never given a checkout time, we had to go find it. A little disappointing considering the quality of hotel. Otherwise it was a good place.
