  Would love to bring my business to a local shop from online and the big box stores but at these prices, you'd have to be insane (or have a high volume account?) to get even a fair retail price. several dollars more than anywhere I've seen yet in person for everyday items like fondant, cake boards, stuff that people need and are usually competitive on.

  Incredibly overpriced and incredibly rude. They are 3-4 times the price of every other store and 10x the price of online stores (even after their discount for businesses). I recognize some of their items from online retailers (the 3D shoe mold with the same brand name is $14 online, they charge $120- 'clearance sale' $60) They do not do returns under any circumstances (I tried to return an unopened item 4 hours after buying it and was refused). The older woman who works there is rude like I've never known in a retail environment, even on the phone when I have called to ask for pricing on an item. Shop anywhere but here.
