  Service is sub par. I've been here a few times and none of the employees at this location were friendly. The location itself is bad as well, the building condition doesnt seem very well maintained. When i went there today, the door closer at the main entrance fell and almost hit me in the head!! Best part about that is the employees did not apologize to me for it, to them it seemed like this happens on a regular basis. I like caffe sorrentinos, and i like their drinks. But do yourself a favor and go to the other locations instead.

  Tried McDonald's, Starbucks, second cup, Tim hortons. Not one got a European cappuccino right. Sorrentino's did get right, the very first time. You made a customer.

  Both visits were awesome! Their coffee is nice and strong (normally I have to order an americano from other places to get an adequate tasting coffee). Super nice staff, will definitely be back!

  Amazing coffee and incredible food!! The service is always friendly and Pasquale makes everyone feel at home. If you haven't been you must try it!!
