  Great they deliver because very hard to find in that industrial area. Not a place to go shopping and pick items off the shelf. I was optimistic entering to be greeted by the lobe 'gauging' guy, but things went down hill from there. We came for some organic honey, what better place to find it than at a place called Organic Box. You don't pick it off the shelf, he disappeared to the back and brings out two choice, neither organic. Two at the front knew little about either item. However a holistic looking lady (with the herpes cold sore on her lip) came out of the office to offer some info on the products with little success. Essentially either product though labeled "natural" can be honey extracted from GMO Round-up ready Canola. Wow!! So we backed out of there slowly and went down to the Real Canadian Superstore and actually bought three different kinds. One certified organic, one from clover, and one GMO free from Australia from wild flowers. I'm sure they have some great healthy products here but I would sooner go to the farmers market, better prices and more information on products.

  I have been a member of the Organic Box for about three years, off and on. The staff have been very helpful and have corrected any problems we have had with our delivery. When it comes to produce, the only fresher place to get produce is by picking it in your own garden or on a farm! We especially love their seasonal fruit, fresh greens, and potatoes.

  I am very impressed with the Organic Box. They have great food, and a lot of it locally grown. I love supporting local farmers!! Everything tastes like it was just picked! The staff are amazing, extremely helpful and kind. And it is a joy to have my box delivered to me each week, which makes my life so much easier. Thank you Organic Box. I really appreciate you all and what you do. I have recommended you highly to many people.

  I was searching for a way to get groceries delivered to my home, and was looking at my options. I went through the process of filling my box online and putting in instructions for the delivery man, and then realized it was out of my budget. So I closed the webpage. But little did I know, that I had placed the order as COD (pay on delivery.) I didn't mean to place the order. The delivery man came on the date that I had specified -before changing my mind and closing the page-, and I didn't answer the door because, to be honest I'm terribly afraid of everything. The delivery man followed the instructions, calling and texting me to inform me that he was there. Unfortunately, I was pretty scared of the whole situation because I didn't really understand why they were there. A week later, the delivery guy showed up again. Following my instructions, he called me first and also texted me. Of course this time I couldn't give in to anxiety and had to answer the door, or he would have probably kept coming and I would have wasted more of his resources. ANYWAY. He dealt with my apology very professionally and didn't ask questions. He didn't accuse me. He simply wished me a Merry Christmas and went on his way. ANYWAY these guys are great. What they're doing is fantastic. The service is excellent. And I'm very sorry that this mix up happened.

  Getting quality produce in a small town has been getting harder and harder, and options are limited at our farmer's market. My husband works in Edmonton and we get our deliveries at his work. They have great customer service AND products, and if there's something to be unhappy about (which is very little) then they're very reasonable and are quick to work with you to make it right. So happy to be ordering from them. It makes shopping so much easier, and disappointment minimal! Thank you so much for such a great service!
